Aussie eCigs accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week online. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Slacks Creek, Queensland Australia.

Orders are dispatched daily, and all orders placed PRIOR TO 4PM ON WEEKDAYS WILL BE SHIPPED SAME DAY. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays and after 4pm on Fridays will be shipped on the next business day. 

For your convenience, we will deliver via AusPost anywhere within Australia and Internationally. Any orders over 10kgs may be delivered via courier. We use Temando to find the the cheapest courier for your package. Any differences in the amount charged by our website and the actual charges of the courier will be refund to you. Please note that for deliveries by Courier you must provide a telephone number.

Aussie eCigs make every effort to deliver products within 5 to 10 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process. Once lodged at the Post Office, all postage is the responsibility of Australia Post and Aussie eCigs cannot be held responsible for delays in transit or delivery via the Aus Post network. For WA, Far North QLD, NT, and remote country areas please allow an extra 2 to 3 days for delivery.

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your order to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you via email when your order is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details. 

Don't worry if you're not at home when the order/s are delivered. Australia Post will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your order. Your package will then be available to be collected at your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.

In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you the next business day to arrange a backorder, equivalent replacement or a full refund.
